Mark McKelvey whom I dealt with was extremely professional and helped with all the choices. He kept me informed of my cars status along the way. After issues with my cherished plate, he sorted everything for me.

It's always a very easy choice when mini is involved. When in the showroom the atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly where everyone says hi. Staff who remembered me from years past always stop to have a chat and spend time answering questions.

Mark McKelvey was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and had plenty of time to answer all my questions and explained the car and functions in great detail. Mark is a Great asset to the company. Much Appreciated :)

No real problems but you would need to know in advance how long the electronic admin process would take to ensure you had proper time set aside for that. A lot of documentation by email prior to collecting car. challenging as photos wouldn't upload

Completely satisfied with my Mini purchased from Mark. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mark who kept me updated at all times with my order and spent time familiarising me with the car when taking delivery

Car service carried out in an efficient and friendly manner and cost kept reasonable. Only issue I have is that low tyre pressure message (which comes on every 4 weeks) came on 10 days after service leading me to assume wasn't checked during service

Service was fully explained as to what was needed and what was done. Health check of car how tyres were and break disks and other such renewable parts were in relation to condition.. Gives you peace of mind to condition of your car....exelent

I am really pleased with the experience. Niall is fantastic at his job. I was able to get booked in for a time that suited and work was completed on time within quoted timescale. Car was presented back lovely and clean, much appreciated.

I was made feel very welcome and special. All the staff are very helpful. The explanation of all the workings in my mini was careful and fully explained. I felt that all the staff had gone out of their way to help me get the best out of my new mini.
